Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ads Automation ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ads Automation is a tool that connects to the Meta (Facebook) Marketing API to automate the boosting of Facebook Page posts according to rules you configure. The Service acts on your behalf using permissions you explicitly grant via Facebook Login.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid Facebook account
• Be an authorized administrator of the Facebook Pages and ad accounts you connect
• Comply with Meta's Terms of Service and Advertising Policies

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• All ad spend generated by boost rules you create and activate
• Ensuring your boosted content complies with Meta's advertising policies
• Maintaining the security of your Facebook account
• Configuring boost rules accurately (budget, targeting, duration)
• Monitoring your Meta Ads Manager for campaign performance and spend

We are not responsible for unintended ad spend resulting from misconfigured rules. It is your responsibility to pause or deactivate rules you no longer want to run.

5. Meta Platform Compliance

The Service operates under Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Meta's policies. You may not use the Service to create ads that violate Meta's advertising standards, including but not limited to Special Ad Categories (housing, employment, credit, social issues) without proper declaration.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, Meta API changes, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ads Automation and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your use by removing the application from your Facebook account and contacting us to delete your data.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Slovak Republic.
