Data Deletion Instructions

What data we store about you

When you use Ads Automation, we store the following data:

• Your Facebook User ID, name, and email address
• Your Facebook access token (used to automate boosting on your behalf)
• Page access tokens for Facebook Pages you connected
• Boost rule configurations you created
• Automation logs (history of boost actions performed)

Option 1: Remove app from Facebook (Automatic)

The easiest way to delete your data is to remove the application from your Facebook account:

1. Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
2. Find "Ads Automation" in the list
3. Click Remove

When you remove the app from Facebook, Meta will automatically notify us and we will delete all your data from our systems within 30 days.

Option 2: Contact us directly

You can also request data deletion by contacting us directly. We will delete all your data within 30 days of your request.

Include: Your name and the email address associated with your Facebook account

What happens after deletion

After your data is deleted:

• All your boost rules will be permanently removed
• All automation logs associated with your account will be deleted
• Your access tokens will be invalidated and removed
• Your account record will be permanently deleted

Any active ad campaigns already created in your Meta Ads account are not affected — those are managed directly in Meta Ads Manager and are outside our control.
